Northern Lights is a unique blend of indie and alternative music, created by multi-instrumentalists Raquel Rosenwald and Ayva Behm. Raquel has played guitar, bass, and drums since a young age, earning numerous jazz guitar awards and even records and mixes her own music. Ayva has been learning piano and partaking in recitals since the age of six, later exploring composition, singing, and guitar. The duo originated from the suburbs of Philadelphia and has been writing, recording, and performing since 2014.

Empty Bottles

Empty Bottles just seemed like an idea, voiced in the basement of Aidan Fox’s basement after a long day of work at Wegmans with Parker Lauritzen. An entire Indie band seemed a far off destination from just small jam sessions after school. The name stuck ever since they have written, recorded, any new demo under the name Empty Bottles. The band's full-time members are Aidan Fox, Parker Lauritzen and Brandon McDonald. Aidan has been playing the guitar since he was 8 years old and now is continuing his passion at Berklee College of Music for the next four years. Parker has been singing and rapping since he was a little kid and has his own rap page on Soundcloud, he also produces videos and is pursuing digital design in school. Parker and Aidan are both 18 and are extremely eager to start playing and sharing their music as much as they can. Brandon has been playing the drums for about ten years, he is inspired by drummers like John Bonham, Josh Dun, Travis Barker, The Rhythm Devils, and many more. Together Empty Bottles finally managed to throw a debut show. The sold it out and over a hundred people showed up to listen, dance and support the new band. Empty Bottles is currently looking to expand their fan base and want to try and play as much as possible. Lookout for our debut album coming out later this year!
