Anthrophobia: (based in Reading, PA.)
Anthrophobia reunited in 2015 after a 7 year hiatus to unleash more of their own fusion of ROCK, Punk, and Metal into the world. Releasing their most exciting music to date with 2020's 'Altered States' , Grind (2017) and Rewired (2016), Anthrophobia continue to push their own boundaries. The band has a multi-generational cult fan base built on an impressive back catalog that dates back over 3 decades with music that still holds up today. Anthrophobia are still performing and creating new music at a high level, always looking to the future while embracing their past which includes stints on the 1998 Vans Warped Tour, years of touring, record label deals and being inducted into the Berks County RocknRoll Hall of Fame in 2023. November 22nd, 2024 saw the release of 'Going Out Swinging', the band's 7th full length, in addition to 6 EPs and various 7 inch vinyl and digital singles. The album was released on Young Ones Records, a new indie label, a division of the legendary record store.
